01 / ABOUT

A quiet force in busy rooms

My job is to make the impossible feel routine — and to make sure no one notices how much went into it.

I'm Josephine — an executive assistant and HR operator who's spent the better part of a decade learning what real leverage looks like for a senior leader.

I've protected the calendar of a Series B CEO through fundraising chaos, built onboarding programmes that scaled a team from 40 to 180 without losing the culture, and quietly handled the thousand small decisions that never make it to a job description.

What I'm known for: discretion, judgement, and a slightly obsessive love for systems that don't break. What I'm looking for: a principal or team I can grow with for the long haul.

05 / WHAT OTHERS SAY

From the leaders I've worked alongside

Josephine is the most organised person I have ever worked with, and somehow also one of the warmest. She made my calendar feel like a thing I actually had control of for the first time in years.
Dr. Kojo Ansah
CEO, Northwind Health
She built our onboarding programme from nothing and it became the thing new hires raved about in their first week. Genuinely one of the best HR operators I have hired.
Sarah Linden
Founder, Linden & Co.
Discreet, unflappable, and three steps ahead. I trusted her with board materials, donor correspondence, and the things you only trust to people who have earned it.
Michael Okonkwo
Former COO, Atrium Foundation
